Fredrik Paulsen has always wanted to stand out from the crowd. His fascination for simple construction with funny and strange designs led him to move to London and find his creative dimension. In those years, where the fervent British scene forged him into a DIY approach contaminated by multiple influences (Martino Gamper, Gaetano Pesce, Jonny Banger, Charlotte Perriand), Paulsen discovered his true passion: making useful and affordable things that share his passion for pop culture. Founded by the Stockholm-based designer in 2021, Joy Objects is a culmination of art, contemporary design, minimalism, and functionality. The brand produces products for the home: furniture, objects, and ornaments with a relaxed style.
